Free Laptop repair via AOL
BEWARE!!! WARRANTY LOGISTICS...I have a HP DV7 w/Win 7 installed and have sent it to the above anywhere between 5-7 time for a variety of problems, (I lost track), but I can now count that within 2-2&1/2 weeks, something else goes bad. The hard-drive, mother board, video card, etc. have been replaced, (as far as I know). As of today, (7/28/13), my screen is dark and needs to be sent back. I guess you get what you pay for, (see "Free Laptop repair in title screen). Whose problem is this? HP or WL? Luckily, I have an old Gateway on which to write this.

HP Laptop returned 3 times, not fixed
I have a HP laptop, model Pavilion dv6, purchased from Walmart.com. I had problems with sudden shut down, so i returned the computer to Warranty Logistics 3 times in the 2 years i've had the PC. Each time i received the PC it experienced the same problem again and again, with no attempt by Warranty Logistics to replace the defective item. It has never been fixed correctly and keeps getting returned only for me to continue to lose valuable work and time in sending it back again. Please do not use this company for any warranty service as they do not fix anything!

Warranty Logistics is a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!
It took an entire school semester to finally resolve my isssue! 4 months are you fn serious!! First of all you have to wait a month for the box to ship my laptop, then it takes an addional 2 weeks before they receive your product. I very familiar with their process of repairs because it took them 4 months to repair NOTHING!! They finally deemed my laptop un-repairable after installing 4 motherboards on my sony laptop..... YOU WOULD THINK THAT AFTER THE 2ND MOTHERBOARD FAILURE THEY WOULDVE COME TO THAT CONCLUSION SOONER!... NO.. They would rather delay the process and inconvenience the customer!! TRUST ME ON THIS..THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR WAIT ON YOUR PRODUCT..THEY JUST DONT!!! IF IT WASNT FOR WALMART FEEDING THEM CUSTOMERS, THEY WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE THERES NO WAY THEY WOULD SURVIVE ON THEIR OWN MERRITT... WELL TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT.. THEY ENDED UP BUYING MY LAPTOP BACK BECAUSE THEY COULDNT DO WHAT THEYRE IN BUSINESS TO DO!!! SO I TOOK MY MONEY TO FRYES ELECTRONICS.. WHEN YOU BRING IN A LAPTOP FOR REPAIR TO THEM THEY GIVE YOU A LOANER ON THE SPOT.. YOU DONT SHIP ANYTHING!

******Beware
It took almost a month to recieve boxes to return items for repair after calling multiple times. When I sent items off they were returned unrepaired stating that I should return them to the manufacturer for repair there is no purpose in purchasing the insurance through Warranty Logistics which is usually sold at Walmart. The customer service reps are very unprofessional and can never get your order correct. You may have to call up to 10 times just to get your order correct. I am very dissatisfied I would recommend just to purchase your manufactur's warranty. *****DO NOT PURCHASE PLAN IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

Such terrible and rude service!
So I bought my itouch a couple years ago and suddenly the screen didn't work. So I called in and after a half a dozen tries they sent me my label to return it! Once I finally got that sent after they sent it back they didn't do a THING to it! They claimed that there was "water damage" and so they wouldn't cover it. The lady said it can happen from sweat when it has been in my pocket.... Seriously? How full of *** is that? Talk about trying to save a few bucks because they didnt want to fix it.....I'm about just to Walmart all together...

Have had an Acer laptop, purchased from Walmart in 2010 with an extended warranty. The laptop has gone wrong many times, each time a repair was conducted the laptop came back either not fixed OR with additional problems that were not present prior to sending it to them. I have just had it returned to me again, it is still not working correctly and the warranty expired 9 days after it was returned to me. This time the touch pad doesn't work properly so I have to use an external mouse and also the machine seizes up either momentarily or permanently, requiring a restart. Walmart will not sell me another extended warranty policy and although it was under warranty when "Logistics" had my computer, they won't fix the problems for me that they created. This is completely unacceptable to me. In my opinion, Logistics turnaround is superb, but it's clear that their system diagnostics do are not comprehensive enough. Less speed, more progress please guys. Walmart, if you had any pr sense, you'd replace the computer because it's always been faulty.

Sent and 10 days later when returned, not fixed
I sent my computer with direct instructions that the computer latch and plastic screen around latch was broken. It was sent back to me 10 days later with a new latch, but not a fixed screen. I called customer service and requested that they do an overnight shipment of my computer back to them since it was their error. I didn't think I should be without a computer for another two weeks. They refused. I was told on two calls that there are no supervisors for this company. Are you kidding? I was told a rep would call me; none did.

purchased the extended warranty, sent into this joke of a warranty place, to find out, they will not fix it due to a crack in screen from being dropped. IM BEYOND PISSED OFF, I SENT IT WITH NO CRACK IN THE SCREEN!!!!!!!!!! The screen was jumping and then went white and a spot appeared. They sent it back without my power cord to top it off, I've now received a new cord, but they will not fix my laptop of less than 1 year old, THAT I DID NOT DROP. I wrote down the names of people I talked to, other than the weasel that HUNG UP ON ME! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING IF THE SO CALLED WARRANTY IS THROUGH THIS JOKE OF A PLACE!

Returned someone elses tablet to me
The power button on my tablet broke. I contacted Walmart to get it serviced. They connected me with Warranty Logistics. I did a factory reset of my tablet prior to shipping it off. It took over a month to get back - they used the slowest shipping. I got the tablet back yesterday. I turned it on and guess what - it has someone elses pictures, games, apps, etc.. on it. The checklist said they replaced the main board to fix the issue, did a factory reset and verified everything was working. (According to the manufacurer it should have just been a sinple button/spring replacement). I tried to do a factory reset, but unfortunately the previous owner put a password program on every app except for the photos and kids games. I was finally able to do a hard reset and get it back working - sortof. THe screen was scratched, and the sd card is missing. I contacted Warranty Logistics today and they didn't seem to be real concerned that I got someone elses stuff. They said they would escalate it to service manager, but will see what happens.

They're Idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My high school son who attends college prep boarding school in another state came home for the Christmas holidays. While he was home, his laptop stopped working. We contacted SAMS Club to file a claim. We inquired about the lap top being sent to him at school versus our house once it was repaired. We were told that would be fine. My son left to go back to school on January 2 so I called that day to update the address from our home address to his school address. However, the person who took the call neglected to update this information in all the necessary systems so the lap top was sent to our house any way. We immediately contacted them to let them know. They checked the system and confirmed that my son's address was the one on file. They agreed to have UPS come back to pick up the lap top and return it to them so that it could be shipped to my son. It took a week of calling and speaking to three supervisors before UPS made it to my house. Finally, UPS picked up the lap top and returned it to Warranty Logistics. Once they received the laptop, these idiots ships the lap top back to our house AGAIN! Oh, and supervisors kept promising to call me back and never did. They're customer service sucks!

Warranty Logistics Inc. sells extended warranty, does not fix anything...
I paid a premium for an extended warranty for my Ipod Touch. After about a year and a half it's touch screen suddenly stopped functioning. I sent it into the warranty company, and they just sent it back, claiming it had water damage to the audio jack, and therefore the warranty was void due to "water damage." First of all, the ipod has never been wet. Second, there was nothing wrong with the audio jack, but the touch screen was the problem. This is the second time I've sent my ipod in for repairs. The first time it was due to the on/off switch not working, which they said they fixed, but the day I got it back until now that switch has never worked. Now they simply claim the warranty is void. So what was the point in paying for an expensive extended warranty? This company is fraudulent, and completely worthless. Do Not! get an extended warranty from Warranty Logistics Inc. I hear they are the warranty company for Walmart, Target, etc...

Warranty logistics worthless warranty
We purchased TV from HH Gregg 3 years ago and a 5 yr extended warranty. It developed a black line down the center. Maybe 1/8 inch wide. Called they said we had to ship it to repair center. They sent a box by way of UPS. We followed directions exactly. They received it and sent it back saying it was not repairable not covered due to to lcd screen broke. We plugged it in now it was really broke. Called and said we did not ship it this way. They said box was not damaged by UPS. We tried to file claim UPS but they said Warranty Logistics would have to file claim. Of course they said they would not. So we had a working TV when we shipped it now we have nothing. H H Gregg will only give us prorated amount of warranty cost back. $199.00 divided by 5 times time left. NEVER NEVER buy extended warranty. NO one will take responsibility for our damaged television. We probably will never buy new again either. we bought 2nd hand at pawn shop for much smaller price. We can toss when it breaks.

Logistics damaged my tablet.
First of all Walmarts refurbishing warranty certificate has no limit on it but when I called them after a month from purchase, they said it was over after 15 days! So my tab wouldnt come on and I had to send it to this warranty company which I paid to cover it and they sent it back with deep gouges in the screen, I cannot download much, and cannot get apps. It forces closed everytime! They also wiped my tablet clean of all apps, icons, screensavers, etc !!! It doesnt even have a settings icon anymore. I am out $300 and Walmart could care less! I have called both companies, Walmart says they can do nothing for selling me a sub standard unit and Warranty Logistics supervisor said he would have someone call me next week. ?????

Warranty Logistics Packaging NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!
First, I must say that the people I talked to on the phone were polite and genuinely seemed to want to help. The problem seems to be with the other parts of the operation. The company replaced one of the two hard drives. I can understand their not getting it recognized by the computer. I never was able to get the Qosmio X505 to make a whole set of recovery discs. It may have had a less-than-perfect drive from the beginning. I only had a Repair Disc to send along. What I can't abide is the absolutely lousy shipping boxes they use. I added padding to the box they sent me to send the computer to them. They sent the computer back in a larger box than they originally sent me. That was an improvement. But I worried when I saw how the box didn't offer much protection to the computer from the power "cube". Now I find that the top is cracked 2/3s of the way across. At first I thought it was a scratch. I could have lived with that. But a broken cover on the back of the screen isn't going to protect the huge screen. I know, I know, I could duck tape it, but that wouldn't stop it from flexing too much :-

Warranty logistics is worthless!!!!!!
My PlayStation 3 stopped working, so I contacted Walmart. They setup me to send it into "warranty logistics." OK, they get my information, I send it to them. I'm told I'll get my PS3 back in 10-14 days. OK I got it back 2 weeks later, it comes on so I'm like OK cool. But "system storage not found" I call Sony to see what that meant. They tell me my hard drive was taken out. So I have to send it back to them. I get it back today for a second time, and the same BS! So now I have to send it back for a third time. This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to send in anything more than once to be fixed. I'm pissed the *** off!!!

If your screen was cracked and you didn't pay the extra $5 for accidental damage due to handling (ADH), the the damage isn't covered. Read your contract. It doesn't have to be dropped to crack a screen.
