Warranty Logistics Inc repaired my HP laptop as required by my Walmart extended support plan but returned the wrong power adapter. The laptop was ship backed to me on 6/16/12.

I been trying for a 1 month and total of 4 phone calls including one to Walmart but each time i call we start over again.

(The second time I called, they said they had no record of my call in the system - so the first call was a complete waste of time - I lost a week right there.)

As of 7/13, I've made no progress, gotten no follow up from or Walmart them even after saying they would have a supervisor call me.

My laptop is useless right now - I'll have to buy a new adapter or through the machine in the trash.

The same happened to me, I just kept calling and finally spoke to a supervisor who helped me.... after 4 months.
